Kybella
(Deoxycholic acid) is a manmade form of a substance your body makes that helps to absorb fats. Deoxycholic acid works by destroying fat cells where it is injected into the body. This injection is used to help decrease the appearance of fat that hangs below the chin, sometimes called a double chin (other areas approved by your provider).
To be effective, injections must be given in a series of up to 6 treatments. Each session should be spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Many people have visible results after 2-4 sessions.

Kybella Aftercare

Take (over the counter) acetaminophen
and/or pain reliever if needed to decrease post
treatment discomfort. -
Sleep on your back and with head elevated for the next 3-5 days after treatment.

Drink plenty of water and fluids after treatment.

Avoid vigorous exercise, sun and heat exposure for 3-5 days after treatment.
